Our programs are founded on "Hatha - Five-Elements Yoga", an integrated approach that combines the authentic yoga and
the Korean Yin-Yang - Five-Elements theory in a way that fits modern people.
It is presented during the workshops held in US, Canada and Poland as both unique and professional system,
and has been adopted by foreign instructors.
The research efforts of our institute have brought the first specialized yoga books in Korea (Easy Yoga and Pregnancy Comfort, Caroline's Stroke Prevention Yoga) and continue developing and propagating specifically oriented programs such as yoga for pregnant women, yoga for the elderly, yoga to ease scoliosis, yoga for people with disability.
